Course Request Verifications forms have been sent through a Chalkschool email. One parent will receive the form. Once the form is submitted then it is no longer viewable. If you want to make a copy, before you submit, download it as a PDF save to print.
CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR COURSE REQUESTS before you submit the form electronically. At this point, courses have not been scheduled, we are simply asking you to review requests.

There will be a basket for each alpha group on the Guidance Office counter. Please enter the office in the back and exit through the front to help with congestion.
Examples of change requests:
A class you requested is not listed, an extra class is listed and you want it removed
You are missing a required class for graduation (such as English or Social Studies)
You overloaded yourself with AP and Honors classes and have now decided to lighten your load
You want to drop one class to add another (Not All changes may be possible)
Your counselor may contact you if there are questions about your changes; otherwise, the next notification will be early AUGUST when you receive a Chalkschool form of your preliminary schedule.
