A little about me...

I have been teaching at Lynbrook for 12 years and have loved every moment!!!  I was formerly known as Ms. Day and have taught Biology, Biology Sheltered, Physiology, and STEM Research.  I love the human body and encouraging students to take the best care of it.  I also want students to have a chance to explore their own interests in Biology and Science in general.  I know that every student has the potential through effective effort to solve problems in the world and create innovations to improve health and wellbeing.

I am a mother of two adorable children, Bella (4) and Eli (2), and married to a fantastic educator and man, George.

I look forward to getting to know all of my students this year and having a terrific year!

Science Research For All

Are you interested in doing a science experiment?  Competing in a science competition this year?  Just learning more about this opportunity?

Do you inspire to be the next Eesha Khare?

Or the next Jack Takahashi?

Come visit me during Tutorial on Thursday starting the second week of school to get started on your way!

Also, please add yourself to the "STEM Research Group" in "Groups" on School Loop for access to additional information and important links.

Science Club

Meets in Room 305 at lunch on Fridays.  Please contact for additional information and answers to your questions regarding this club.
