GENERAL INFORMATION:

STTAR Tutors: If you need some help with a class consider requesting a STTAR Tutor. STTAR tutors are your peers who have already taken the subject. For more info and a Tutor Request Form click on the STTAR PROGRAM listed under Guidance & Counseling on the Lynbrook homepage.  /M. Otoshi

 

Homework Center: Homework Center is open to all students. Drop-in to the library on a Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday, 3:15pm-5pm. An English teacher is available and student tutors are also available (till 4:15pm) to assist. Bring your Student ID card if you wish to check out a textbook. /M. Otoshi

 

The Fremont Union High Schools Foundation is hosting “Good Food for a Good Cause – Crab Feed 2017” on Friday, March 31 from 5:30-8:00pm at De Anza College. All proceeds benefit educational and co-curricular student programs across all five high schools in the FUHSD. Tickets are $55 for an All-You-Can-Eat Fresh Crab or Gourmet Asian Fusion Dinner. For tickets, please see Mrs. Baba in the Main Office. There will also be a jewelry raffle and silent auction!  Hope you can join us for this special fundraising event!

 

Do you like writing?  Taking pictures?  Being creative? Then Yearbook needs your help!  We are now recruiting writers and photographers for the 2017-2018 Valhalla Yearbook. Being a member of yearbook staff allows you to get creative, gain experience, and have fun…all at the same time!  Application forms are available on the school website under Student Publications>Valhalla Yearbook.  We have extended the deadline to March 31. Return completed applications to the Office or Room 209.

CLASS:

Seniors! Your final Lynbrook event happens after graduation June 2nd, 9:30pm- 5am, it will be a full night of fun including Music, Food, Dancing, Games, Sports and a host of Fun activities!! Tickets are on sale now for $100, the price will increase to $130 on April 1st. Forms are available on the Senior’s Only page on the LHS website. Fill out and SIGN the Ticket Order and Waiver Form, Make check payable to: LHS Grad Night and drop inside “Grad Night” box in the school office.
