Sunnyvale’s Youth Public Policy Institute

Sunnyvale’s Youth Public Policy Institute has just opened its application for a cohort of students starting in February! This program provides great hands-on experience for students wanting to gain leadership skills, take initiative, and get an inside look at the workings of local government and politics.

Over the course of the program, students can chose to develop a public policy project or manage community relations for a local elected official. If chosen, students are expected to contribute 2 hours per week to their work at the Institute for the duration of their membership.

Applications close January 31st, so apply now.  https://youthpublicpolicy.wordpress.com/.
