ALWAYS Back up your
files! Always save your work in your MY DOCUMENTS folder AND on your computer at home. Use your web-based email to
transfer documents or use a flash drive. Remember, DO NOT zip your documents.
FINALIZE your CDs & DVDsbefore you bring them to school. If you do not finalize your CD's your
files may not be readable on the school's computers.
When downloading files from the web, always use
the option "OPEN FROM LOCATION."
DO NOT CLICK download. Once you can view your
document, then "SAVE AS" into your
MY DOCUMENTS folder or
on the desktop.
Think before you Print! Make sure you want
ALL that you are printing. If not, then cut and paste into a new document and
then print, or limit the pages printed in the print options window.
See Mrs. Boehm in the ASB office at the top of the
rally court to add money to your printing account. Additions must be made
in $1 increments.Prints are $.10 each on laser printers in the computer
labs on the library printer.
All students are given a $5 credit
at the beginning of the school year.
If you are having trouble with your login-
DO NOT try more than 3 times. Five unsuccessful login attempts will LOCK
you out of the network for 30 minutes. Remember, all accounts are deleted and
recreated every summer. All students must use the default password to
access their accounts at the beginning of EACH year.
Remember your A+Board username is the same as
your computer log in at school, BUT they may have different passwords.
