LIMB Board

board meetings

LIMB conducts its normal business through monthly meetings held at 7:30 pm on Wednesday evening in the Instrumental Hall, room 77. These meetings are OPEN to the entire LIMB community for the purpose of expressing your opinions or merely to get a sense of what activities are in the works. Board and committee members discuss and consider ongoing operations of the music program such as event planning and fund raising.

Members may present any topics they would like to discuss through an email to the President.

Meetings for the 2009-2010 school year will be held at 7:30 pm in the Band room on these dates:

LIMB Board of Directors

LIMB is a non-profit corporation with a Board, by-laws, and budget. Board members are subject to two year term limits, and are elected each spring for the following year. Board positions include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, Parlementarian, Band Director, and Parent Representatives from each grade level.
